Business Operations and Development Coordinator

Jason is a business operations and development coordinator with a Diploma in General Management and a strong background in leadership, communication, and administrative operations. He specializes in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and team coordination to support business growth and client-focused initiatives.

His experience includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Finance and Administration at the College of the Rockies Students’ Association, where he honed his skills in financial management, organizational planning, and process optimization.

Jason also brings extensive experience leading teams in high-pressure emergencies through his work as a head lifeguard for many years.

Now based in Cranbrook after moving from Toronto in 2019, Jason applies his leadership and operational expertise to enhance business processes and support strategic decisions. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, swimming, skiing, playing guitar, and exploring the Columbia Valley.
